Description

  • Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries via email and phone.
  • Manage daily account intake processes, including running new business scrubs and validating data for accuracy.
  • Perform file operations such as retrieving, scanning, printing, importing, and exporting critical data.
  • Keep the CRM and internal tracking systems updated with accurate account information.
  • Support front-line collection staff by handling settlement offers, relaying account instructions, and logging account notes.
  • Prepare routine deliverables such as status updates and audit reports.
  • Support cross-department initiatives while following written and verbal instructions and maintaining FDCPA and other regulatory compliance.
  • Assist the Client Services Manager with ad-hoc projects, new client onboarding, and basic skip-tracing activities.
  • Multi-task under pressure to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of administrative or client/customer service experience.
  • Experience in collections, fintech, or financial services is highly beneficial, though not required.
  • Strong organizational habits and the ability to maintain consistency under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, especially spreadsheets.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a major plus.
  • Comfortable working with computers and learning new software, systems, or process rollouts.
  • Ability to work primarily in a remote-first environment with a reliable internet connection and a professional workspace.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours outside standard business hours and potentially travel occasionally for meetings, training, offsites, or collaborative projects.
