Description

  • Manage a portfolio of primarily passive clients and support consistent service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Assist Client Managers with daily portfolio operations, performance tracking, and documentation.
  • Prepare routine reports, dashboards, and meeting materials while maintaining data accuracy.
  • Serve as the initial contact for routine client inquiries and help troubleshoot issues.
  • Collaborate with internal support teams to process requests and deliver quality client outcomes.
  • Participate in training, mentorship, and self-directed learning on debt collection, products, and client strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Entry-level experience in client success, customer support, operations, or a related field.
  • Experience with debt collections or default management.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in data entry and reporting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to learn complex software tools and internal platforms quickly.
  • Collaborative mindset and interest in progressing into an independent, client-facing role.
  • Ability to work primarily remotely with a reliable internet connection and professional work environment.
  • Flexibility to work outside standard business hours and travel occasionally for meetings, training, offsites, or global operations support.
  • Ability to protect confidential company, employee, customer, and business information.
