Description

  • Install, configure, and upgrade SCCM/MECM hierarchy, site systems, and clients.
  • Support a large endpoint environment of 500,000+ devices.
  • Package and deploy applications, software updates, and security patches, including IAVM and AGM content, to workstations and servers.
  • Image and provision machines using PXE boot, task sequences, and driver management.
  • Ensure systems meet compliance standards and generate reports on asset inventory and patch status.
  • Analyze logs such as SMSProv.log and WUAHandler.log to troubleshoot client communication and deployment failures.
  • Manage and support Windows endpoint infrastructure in coordination with enterprise directory and network services.
  • Contribute to cloud and hybrid device management efforts, including Microsoft Intune integration.

Requirements

  • 3-7+ years of experience in SCCM/MECM, endpoint management, or a related IT infrastructure role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience.
  • Deep knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Windows PowerShell.
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune and hybrid device management environments is increasingly preferred.
  • Microsoft certifications in Endpoint Administrator or Azure are preferred.
  • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise endpoint environments.
  • Ability to troubleshoot deployment and client communication issues using SCCM-related logs.
