Description

  • Implement, configure, and maintain Okta for SSO, MFA, and lifecycle management across multiple applications.
  • Integrate Okta with on-premises and cloud-based applications such as Office 365, Salesforce, and Google Workspace.
  • Use Okta APIs and scripting to automate user provisioning, data synchronization, and related administration tasks.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex IAM issues involving authentication, authorization, and access.
  • Integrate identity solutions with cloud environments including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
  • Design, develop, and implement ICAM solutions across cloud and on-premises environments.
  • Automate user provisioning, deprovisioning, and account updates using lifecycle management tools.
  • Work with security, infrastructure, and business teams to troubleshoot issues and support compliance requirements.
  • Support secure access initiatives aligned with zero trust frameworks for the Department of Defense.
  • Ensure ICAM systems comply with applicable security standards, policies, and regulations.

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of identity and access management platforms such as Okta.
  • Strong understanding of SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SSO, MFA, and RBAC.
  • Experience integrating identity systems with cloud and on-premises applications.
  • Experience using scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript.
  • Experience working with Okta APIs and automation for identity administration.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
  • Experience supporting secure access frameworks such as zero trust, especially in DoD environments.
  • Ability to ensure compliance with security standards, policies, and regulations such as GDPR, HIPAA, or federal mandates.
