Description

  • Lead the Product and Design teams to improve adoption, usage, and product-market fit through iteration, customer discovery, and continuous feedback.
  • Define and maintain a structured approach to product-market fit, including discovery methods and success metrics.
  • Coach product managers through hands-on discovery while maintaining high standards for execution and learning.
  • Partner with leadership to shape product direction and roadmap tradeoffs, including opportunities in PLG motions, content, and partnerships.
  • Identify new product opportunities and stay ahead of emerging technologies, including AI-driven solutions.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire product managers and product designers while fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Guide the product development lifecycle from concept ideation through launch and post-launch optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, sales, customer success, and executive leadership to align priorities and ensure successful delivery and launches.
  • Define KPIs and measure product performance to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments.
  • Experience building B2B SaaS products.
  • Proven track record working at the product-market fit stage and scaling across multiple market segments or product lines.
  • 5+ years of experience leading product and/or other technical teams.
  • Deep experience across all stages of the product development lifecycle, from discovery through launch and post-launch.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for innovation in a fast-paced SaaS startup environment.
  • Willingness to travel locally and internationally for strategic in-person meetings.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Experience in business travel, events, or meetings is highly preferred.
