Description

  • Define winning beliefs, angles, and archetypes and align them with the creative strategy framework.
  • Build and maintain a structured testing roadmap for angles, archetypes, and formats.
  • Create creative requests, manage pipeline status, and coordinate execution with the edit team.
  • Organize and track creative assets, dossiers, IDs, folders, and reporting documents to prevent duplication or loss.
  • Analyze performance reports to identify concept-level learnings by angle and archetype.
  • Deliver creative insights for internal optimization notes and client-facing reports.
  • Collaborate with Media Buyers, Project Managers, and other partners on priorities, timelines, and issues.
  • Apply ICP and mindset frameworks to new briefs, including relatability, beliefs, and objections.
  • Translate performance data and audience insights into clear creative direction, briefs, and test plans.
  • Continuously refine creative concepts and frameworks based on testing results and reporting.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, or content strategy within an agency or fast-growth marketing environment.
  • Experience working closely with media buyers, performance teams, or paid social campaigns.
  • Understanding of how creative impacts CPA, CTR, and scale.
  • Knowledge of core performance marketing concepts such as funnels, angles, hooks, testing frameworks, and creative iteration.
  • Ability to translate data and insights into clear creative direction, briefs, and test plans.
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills with experience managing creative pipelines, asset tracking, and documentation.
  • Comfort using tools like Monday, Google Sheets, and Drive for requests, reporting, and creative learnings.
  • Experience using AI tools to support ideation, analysis, and documentation while maintaining strong strategic judgment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
  • You do not need to run ads, but should understand how paid media teams use creative to drive results.
