Description

  • Onboard new clients and guide them through the sales-to-success handoff.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication, updates, and support.
  • Conduct weekly and monthly client meetings based on service type.
  • Proactively manage client retention by resolving issues and providing solutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing, fulfillment, and operations teams to achieve client goals.
  • Track, analyze, and report on client progress and performance metrics.
  • Escalate issues appropriately and handle difficult client interactions professionally.
  • Improve internal processes and build SOPs for the Customer Success function.
  • Mentor and support future Customer Success team members as the team grows.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or Client Success Specialist.
  • Experience in a marketing agency environment is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and social media advertising, including Facebook Ads.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
  • Ability to manage challenging client situations with professionalism and assertiveness.
  • Experience with GoHighLevel, Asana, Slack, and other CRM or project management tools.
  • Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality client results.
  • Experience working with contractors or service-based clients is preferred.
  • Leadership experience or interest in growing into a senior CSM role is preferred.
