Description

  • Identify opportunities for improvement and design A/B tests to lift core business metrics.
  • Analyse large and complex datasets to answer strategic and operational questions.
  • Investigate player behaviour across engagement, monetisation, retention, and churn.
  • Conduct pre- and post-analysis to measure the impact of product changes.
  • Work with Product Managers and stakeholders to define KPIs and success metrics.
  • Build user segments to support business decisions and growth.
  • Support LiveOps and game economy decisions with data insights.
  • Translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations that shape product direction.

Requirements

  • Strong interest in mobile games and free-to-play products.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex problems.
  • Solid foundation in SQL and/or data analysis, gained through academic or professional experience.
  • Experience with data visualisation tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Excel.
  • Ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly and concisely.
  • Curious, resourceful, and comfortable working in ambiguity.
  • Strong academic background in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or Economics.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with data through projects, internships, or previous roles.
  • Experience working with product or user data.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing or experimentation.
  • Understanding of free-to-play monetisation, LiveOps, or game economy systems.
