Description

  • Participate in the development process for mobile games.
  • Work with the product team to validate feature goals and prioritize initiatives using data.
  • Define in-game data tracking requirements for new features and product initiatives.
  • Conduct full-cycle A/B testing.
  • Research player behavior to identify opportunities to improve engagement and monetization.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and monitoring systems for key product KPIs.
  • Support data-driven decision-making across the product lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with game producers, designers, and developers on growth opportunities and feature evaluation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in product analysis within mobile gaming.
  • Excellent understanding of mathematical statistics.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
  • Proficiency with BI and visualization tools such as Redash, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Experience with Python, including Pandas and SciPy.
  • Ability to explain complex topics clearly and concisely.
  • Initiative and independence.
  • Strong business mindset with a focus on growth, profitability, and product performance impact.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder alignment skills.
  • Fluent in English and Russian.
  • Knowledge of machine learning is a plus.
