Description

Partner with Supply teams to identify high-friction workflows, operational bottlenecks, and automation opportunities.
Translate emerging AI capabilities into scalable solutions that improve productivity, supplier experience, and business outcomes.
Design, prototype, and implement AI-powered tools and workflow automations that reduce manual effort and improve scalability.
Lead automation initiatives end to end, from discovery and business case development through implementation, adoption, measurement, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, Legal, Security, Compliance, and operational stakeholders to deliver secure and sustainable solutions.
Use AI-driven approaches such as generative AI, AI agents, copilots, workflow automation, and predictive analytics in solution development.
Influence stakeholders and drive adoption of new technologies across a matrixed environment.
Evaluate opportunities through experimentation, rapid iteration, and execution to solve complex business problems.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, operations, or a related field, with a proven track record in process automation and operational transformation.
At least 1+ years of experience focused on applied AI, generative AI, or intelligent automation.
Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and decision-making in day-to-day work.
Strong understanding of LLM capabilities and limitations, AI agents, workflow automation, prompt engineering, and orchestration frameworks.
Hands-on experience with enterprise AI tools and the ability to rapidly prototype and demonstrate working solutions.
Ability to bridge business challenges and technical solutions and translate operational needs into AI and automation opportunities.
Proven ability to influence stakeholders, drive adoption, and execute complex initiatives across cross-functional teams.
Highly analytical, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to solve complex problems through experimentation and iteration.
Proven ability to operate effectively with a global-first mindset.
Experience working in a matrixed environment is preferred.
