Description

  • Own the AI Business Intelligence product line end to end, from discovery and positioning through launch and adoption.
  • Decide where models belong in the product experience and where they should not be used.
  • Write specs, design workflows, build prototypes, and work closely with design and engineering to ship features quickly.
  • Design evaluation frameworks, test suites, and quality checks to measure output performance and improve it iteratively.
  • Define guardrails that make product outputs safe, explainable, and trustworthy.
  • Shape the data foundation needed for the product, including normalization and question coverage.
  • Build and maintain customer feedback loops with operators, asset managers, and ownership groups.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and product teams to drive adoption and successful launches.

Requirements

  • 9+ years of product management experience at a high-growth startup or tech company.
  • Experience owning at least one product end to end from 0-to-1.
  • Track record of shipping 0-to-1 products that customers actually use.
  • Strong product instincts with design sensibility.
  • Experience leading customer discovery and translating qualitative feedback into product direction.
  • Experience defining quality metrics and building evaluation loops.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs or modern AI tools, or a demonstrated ability to learn new technology quickly.
  • Bias toward action and iteration over perfection and process.
  • Background in BI, analytics, or data platforms is welcome.
  • Proptech, multifamily, or real estate experience is a plus.
