Description

Build realistic consulting project environments based on real engagement dynamics, including industry context, financials, constraints, and incomplete information.
Design structured consulting tasks for AI agents such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy, operational diagnosis, and benchmarking.
Define evaluation criteria, grading frameworks, quality standards, and golden-answer solutions for each task.
Create end-to-end examples that mirror real consulting work from problem structuring through client-ready recommendations.
Contribute to training and calibrating an LLM-based grading system that evaluates AI outputs at scale.
Work independently on a remote, project-based, individual-contributor basis.
Submit tasks by the deadline and in line with acceptance criteria.

Requirements

3+ years of experience at McKinsey, Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Bain & Company, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte (Deloitte S&C), EY-Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy& (PwC).
Direct hands-on project experience at one of the eligible top-tier strategy consulting firms.
Experience structuring ambiguous client problems into workable analytical plans.
Experience building financial models, market analyses, or synthesized findings from messy inputs.
Experience producing client-ready deliverables under time pressure.
Experience forming and defending recommendations under uncertainty.
Strong structured problem-solving and hypothesis-driven thinking.
Ability to translate vague problems into clear analytical steps and deliverables.
High attention to logical consistency and output quality.
Clear written English at B2+ level.
