Description

  • Coordinate presale team efforts throughout the full presale cycle.
  • Lead the development of presale documents, including documents, presentations, and financial models.
  • Balance hands-on work with delegation to team members during proposal preparation.
  • Facilitate internal meetings for opportunity qualification, sales strategy alignment, and proposal review.
  • Facilitate proposal presentation meetings and serve as the leading presenter.
  • Balance the interests of Sales and Delivery stakeholders to produce competitive proposals without risky over-commitments.
  • Participate in presale function transformation initiatives, including templates and best practices development.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of commercial software development experience in enterprise-level systems as a Project Manager or Delivery Manager.
  • Experience coordinating presales efforts from initial client meeting through proposal presentation and delivery-related objection handling.
  • Experience facilitating estimation sessions and converting effort estimates into delivery plans and roadmaps.
  • Understanding of presales specifics, including time limitations and ambiguity.
  • Experience with both interactive informal presales and formal RFP responses.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders from the USA and/or Europe.
  • Experience presenting proposals and facilitating client calls with VP- and CxO-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to coordinate subject matter experts and turn them into a highly productive team.
  • Hands-on experience with document and presentation tools such as MS Word, Google Docs, MS PowerPoint, and Google Slides.
  • Understanding of financial aspects of software delivery, including revenue, margin, and costs.
  • Understanding of typical delivery models such as project-based, talent-based, Time-and-Materials, and Fixed Price.
  • Advanced English proficiency or higher.
  • Experience using AI tools within the presales cycle, preferred.
  • Experience facilitating client workshops, preferred.
