Description

  • Manage user access, roles, profiles, and permission sets to support governance, data security, and compliance.
  • Configure and maintain Salesforce automation tools, including Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes.
  • Perform data imports, deduplication, and data quality checks to maintain accurate records.
  • Build and maintain advanced reports and dashboards to support business insights.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot platform issues, and ensure stable Salesforce operations.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Support ongoing enhancements and participate in monthly release cycles, including testing, deployment, and documentation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Strong proficiency with Flows, Process Builder, and Approval Processes.
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions.
  • Solid understanding of the Salesforce security model, including Profiles, Role Hierarchy, and Permission Sets.
  • Experience creating complex reports and dashboards.
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (Admin or Advanced Admin) preferred.
  • Experience with additional Salesforce products or integrations preferred.
  • Familiarity with DevOps or release management tools such as Gearset or Copado preferred.
  • Understanding of Apex or LWC for basic troubleshooting preferred.
  • Experience with data management best practices preferred.
  • Familiarity with Tableau or other data visualization/reporting tools preferred.
