Description

  • Design, develop, and revise custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Lightning Web Components, Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL.
  • Troubleshoot errors and resolve Salesforce process inefficiencies with custom Apex solutions.
  • Create complex automations, workflows, and flows to support client-specific needs.
  • Build and maintain API integrations using REST and SOAP web services to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
  • Create or customize Experience Cloud sites to meet user engagement and branding requirements.
  • Participate in testing, documentation, and demonstrations of developed solutions for internal and client audiences.
  • Analyze and document client technical requirements, configurations, workflows, and procedures onsite and remotely.
  • Communicate regularly with project managers and team members about progress, blockers, and risks.
  • Respond promptly to urgent support requests and client inquiries while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to firm-approved AI-enabled solutions and collaborate on compliant opportunities to improve client solutions and internal processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce Apex and Visualforce.
  • Deep expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Deep expertise in REST and SOAP API integrations.
  • Deep expertise in SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce automation tools, third-party apps, and the Mulesoft platform.
  • Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Confident communication skills, including the ability to lead technical sessions with end users.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%, depending on client needs.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, and Salesforce Certified Administrator are required; Salesforce Certified App Builder and MuleSoft Certified Developer – Level 1 are preferred.
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Experience in a consulting or professional services environment is preferred.
  • Comfort using firm-approved AI tools and openness to learning emerging technologies, including AI and automation, in alignment with firm policies and client standards.
