Description

  • Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs using .NET C# with a focus on performance, reliability, and security.
  • Develop efficient data models with Entity Framework Core and write optimized SQL queries for relational databases.
  • Support new development efforts that use Azure services as part of the migration from on-premises infrastructure to the cloud.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate machine learning models through RESTful APIs or Azure ML services.
  • Write testable, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
  • Work closely with developers and business partners to deliver secure, scalable solutions.
  • Support continuous integration and delivery processes using tools such as GitHub Actions.
  • Investigate and resolve performance issues, bugs, and bottlenecks in existing systems.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in .NET C# development.
  • Proficiency with Entity Framework, preferably Entity Framework Core.
  • Strong command of SQL, including complex query writing and optimization.
  • Experience building RESTful APIs with ASP.NET or ASP.NET Core.
  • Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git.
  • Solid problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Exposure to Azure services such as App Services, Azure SQL, and Azure Functions is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of machine learning model integration via APIs or Azure ML is preferred.
  • Familiarity with OData, microservices, and distributed systems concepts is preferred.
  • Experience writing unit tests with xUnit, NUnit, or MSTest is preferred.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD practices, especially using GitHub Actions, is preferred.
  • Interest in or experience with DevOps practices and automation is preferred.
