Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs with OData integration for efficient querying and data retrieval.
  • Use Entity Framework to create, update, and query data models and ensure efficient database interactions.
  • Write and optimize complex SQL queries for relational databases while maintaining data consistency and performance.
  • Participate in designing scalable, high-performance API and backend system architectures.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code aligned with best practices and company standards.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA engineers to deliver features on time.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
  • Stay current with .NET, OData, Entity Framework, and SQL developments and apply improvements to system reliability and scalability.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in .NET C# development, with a focus on APIs and web services.
  • Hands-on experience implementing and consuming OData APIs.
  • Experience using Entity Framework to map data models to database schemas and work with relational databases.
  • Strong ability to write and optimize complex SQL queries for databases such as SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
  • Familiarity with RESTful API principles, JSON, HTTP, and Web API frameworks.
  • Experience using version control systems such as Git or SVN.
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS for hosting and scaling web applications (preferred).
  • Experience writing unit tests with NUnit, MSTest, or xUnit (preferred).
  • Understanding of microservices architecture, CI/CD pipelines, real-time applications with SignalR, Azure Service Bus, event-driven architecture, and Azure integration services (preferred).
  • Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or ChatGPT, and familiarity with modern AI-driven development workflows (preferred).
