Description

  • Partner directly with client teams to understand business challenges and translate requirements into practical software solutions.
  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and support production-quality applications using .NET, C#, Angular, and modern full-stack practices.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions across APIs, event-driven systems, messaging, data synchronization, and user-facing experiences.
  • Own technical work from discovery and design through development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
  • Work within existing codebases, quickly understand unfamiliar systems, and identify improvements to maintainability, performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with client and Trility engineers through pair programming, mob programming, code reviews, and other collaborative practices.
  • Help establish and improve engineering practices around automated testing, TDD, source control, CI/CD, code review, and safe production delivery.
  • Contribute to cloud-native development practices, including containerization, Infrastructure as Code, and Software-Defined Everything approaches.
  • Communicate technical decisions, tradeoffs, risks, and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Share knowledge with client teams and help them become better equipped to maintain and evolve the software.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional full-stack software development experience with strong expertise in .NET and C#.
  • Proficiency developing applications using Angular, including components, services, modules, and related architecture.
  • Full-stack development experience with event-driven architectures, API development, and user-facing applications.
  • Experience with WPF is preferred; strong proficiency with XAML or comparable UI frameworks is also valuable.
  • Strong understanding of MVVM principles is preferred, with MVC or similar patterns also beneficial.
  • Knowledge of NetMQ is a plus, along with familiarity with comparable messaging and data synchronization frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of Test-Driven Development and automated testing best practices.
  • Familiarity with cloud-native development, including containerization, DevOps, and Infrastructure as Code practices.
  • Experience with Git and modern source control/review workflows, including pull requests and platforms such as GitHub, GitLab, or Atlassian Bitbucket.
  • Must reside within the United States and be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future; must be able to pass a background check.
