Description

  • Act as a servant leader and influencer without authority to support delivery teams and client outcomes.
  • Own project outcomes, identify delivery gaps, and remove blockers to maintain momentum.
  • Understand client business goals, strategic initiatives, roadmaps, and economic drivers to maximize value.
  • Balance scope, schedule, cost, quality, and team health throughout project execution.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and tailor communication across different audiences.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks while maintaining quality assurance standards.
  • Translate client needs into story maps, priorities, and release plans using Jira and Confluence.
  • Drive estimation, planning, prioritization, release management, and project closure activities.
  • Collaborate with Client Partners and clients to define success metrics and execution plans.
  • Build project backlogs and help fulfill work efforts where applicable.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of Agile Program/Project Management experience and/or Software Product Management experience.
  • Experience understanding client strategic initiatives, roadmaps, business problems, and goals.
  • Comfort working with both client leaders and individual contributors.
  • Strong relational and communication skills to build rapport, trust, and a positive reputation.
  • Experience leading and building full lifecycle software products in Agile/iterative delivery environments.
  • Experience using Jira and Confluence.
  • Ability to reside anywhere in the United States, with W2 eligibility limited to specific approved states.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
  • Experience with the Agile Body of Knowledge, estimation, planning, prioritization, and release management is preferred.
