Description

  • Prospect new retail accounts by visiting 20-30 locations per day across the Miami area.
  • Cold call and speak directly with store owners and business operators to close placement deals on the spot.
  • Merchandise products by setting up displays, posters, and window signage to drive sell-through.
  • Manage existing accounts by checking inventory, restocking products, and introducing new SKUs.
  • Train store clerks and owners on product benefits so they can sell effectively to customers.
  • Plan and map daily routes efficiently to maximize face-time with customers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with independent retailers and other account partners.
  • Support territory growth by opening new accounts and expanding brand presence in the market.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of door-to-door, route sales, or B2B prospecting experience.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are required.
  • Experience selling to smoke shops, vape shops, or convenience stores is a major plus.
  • Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
  • Available to work Monday through Friday, with some flexibility based on store owner availability.
  • Able to lift boxes of product up to 25 lbs.
  • Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field.
  • Personable and able to build rapport quickly with a wide range of customers.
