Description

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the WordPress/WooCommerce store.
  • Maintain product listings, pricing, categories, descriptions, SKUs, variations, and attributes.
  • Optimize product pages for SEO and conversion.
  • Manage WooCommerce plugins, updates, and overall store functionality.
  • Manage inventory levels, stock alerts, and reorder thresholds.
  • Coordinate product launches, product updates, and promotional campaigns.
  • Improve site speed, performance, user experience, and checkout flows.
  • Oversee order processing, shipping integrations, fulfillment tools, and order tracking.
  • Support promotions, coupons, bundles, upsells, and email marketing integrations.
  • Monitor store performance, sales data, KPIs, and customer behavior to identify opportunities to improve conversion and revenue.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing WooCommerce stores.
  • Strong WordPress backend experience.
  • Experience managing large product catalogs and inventory.
  • Understanding of SEO and conversion optimization.
  • Experience with WooCommerce plugins and integrations.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Experience in biohacking, wellness, supplements, or research compounds is preferred.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms is preferred.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Search Console is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is preferred.
