Description

  • Lead the end-to-end HubSpot onboarding process from discovery to go-live, including training and configuration.
  • Facilitate structured client workshops to gather requirements and align stakeholders.
  • Configure HubSpot live on client calls, including workflows, dashboards, pipelines, and integrations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communication, expectations, and timelines.
  • Resolve challenging client situations calmly and build trust through clear, solution-oriented communication.
  • Advise clients on how HubSpot fits into their broader GTM tech stack, including CRMs and marketing automation tools.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, engineers, and support teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of onboarding processes, templates, and best practices.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a HubSpot expert.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, and Operations Hub.
  • Multiple HubSpot certifications preferred.
  • Hands-on experience managing multiple client accounts in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Comfort configuring HubSpot in real time during video calls.
  • Ability to de-escalate tense client situations and maintain strong relationships.
  • Experience working across multiple industries, such as SaaS, e-commerce, and healthcare.
  • Familiarity with GTM tools such as Salesforce, Apollo, Segment, and Zapier.
  • Skilled in leading structured workshops to gather requirements and align teams.
