Description

  • Research and identify potential dealer partners in priority U.S. states.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospects through outbound calls, email campaigns, online networking, and digital channels.
  • Deliver sales presentations via video conferencing and digital tools to promote product innovation, Canadian-made positioning, and dealer profitability.
  • Negotiate and secure new dealer agreements to grow the U.S. dealer network.
  • Meet or exceed dealer recruitment and sign-up targets.
  • Support new dealers remotely with onboarding, showroom setup guidance, merchandising recommendations, and sales process orientation.
  • Provide dealer staff with product knowledge, competitive advantages, and sales and marketing materials.
  • Coordinate with the North American team to ensure smooth integration of new partners.
  • Conduct online market research to monitor competitive activity and identify regional growth opportunities.
  • Track and report on prospecting activity, dealer agreements, and market opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in business development, dealer recruitment, or B2B sales.
  • Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Comfort with outbound calling and digital lead generation.
  • Hot tub, swim spa, or related wellness industry experience is a major plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Highly self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and able to work independently from the Philippines.
  • Strong organizational and reporting skills.
  • Experience using CRM and online sales tools.
  • Ability to work full-time, 30 hours per week during Pacific Standard Time business hours.
