Description

  • Support the Client Success Executive as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of strategic and enterprise clients.
  • Assist with strategic business reviews, quarterly health checks, and annual renewal discussions with key stakeholders.
  • Monitor client communications and flag risks, concerns, and growth opportunities to internal leadership.
  • Maintain relationships with client decision makers, HR leaders, benefits administrators, health plans, and strategic partners.
  • Coordinate communication and implementation activities across clients, health plans, insurance carriers, and partnership organizations.
  • Support client retention, renewal preparation, expansion discussions, and client success planning.
  • Monitor and analyze program performance, including utilization, member satisfaction, clinical outcomes, and ROI metrics.
  • Prepare reports, summaries, presentations, and documentation for client meetings and strategic planning sessions.
  • Support execution of client engagement, marketing, and outreach activities, including tracking opt-ins and event participation.
  • Handle routine client inquiries, coordinate escalated issues, and assist with process improvements and special projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of professional experience in client success, account management, or strategic relationship management.
  • Proven experience managing complex B2B relationships with contract values of $100K-$2M+.
  • Demonstrated success achieving retention and growth targets in senior client-facing roles.
  • Experience working with healthcare organizations, health plans, insurance carriers, or strategic partnerships.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and create strategic insights.
  • Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems, with Salesforce preferred.
  • Experience with advanced data analysis tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Healthcare or benefits industry experience, especially in medical consultation, second opinion, or clinical advisory services, is preferred.
  • Experience managing multi-stakeholder relationships involving clients, health plans, and strategic partners is preferred.
  • Background in HR, benefits administration, employee health programs, or healthcare consulting is preferred.
  • Experience with enterprise-level contract negotiations and renewal processes is preferred.
  • MBA or an advanced degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Project management certification or experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder implementations is preferred.
