Description

  • Work closely with customers on onboarding, adoption, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Educate customers on Dataiku best practices and platform capabilities.
  • Develop a strong understanding of customer business goals, use cases, and desired outcomes.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and hands-on workshops with Sales Engineers.
  • Provide regular advisory touchpoints and hands-on support for customer users as needed.
  • Build and run self-sustaining enablement and evangelism programs within customer accounts.
  • Partner with Account Executives and Sales Engineers to drive customer engagement and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Document adoption status and share key information to support forecasting and renewals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other teams to capture and share customer stories publicly.
  • Coach administrators and users to open support tickets when technical issues block adoption.
  • Stay current on Dataiku products, competitive landscape, and data science trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales engineering, technical consulting, solutions consulting, post-sales technical delivery, or data science roles.
  • Proven track record of building customer trust and satisfaction.
  • Strong written and oral presentation skills for both business and technical audiences.
  • Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience building and operating communities of practice.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, build consensus, foster accountability, and work with urgency.
  • Ability to tailor messaging for audiences with varying levels of technical acumen, including no-code and high-code users.
  • Dataiku Advanced Designer, Snowflake SnowPro Core, and Databricks Business Analyst certifications preferred.
  • Preferred location within the Northeast region of the United States.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
  • Hands-on experience with data storage and computing infrastructure such as SQL and Kubernetes, plus proficiency with Python, R, and SQL.
  • Experience in Analytics/AI or other enterprise software preferred.
