Description

  • Define and evolve the product vision for how members discover, understand, and use their benefits.
  • Own the end-to-end product roadmap for member-facing benefits and enrollment features, including member-facing and administrative components.
  • Establish a single source of truth for benefit content and configuration by mapping legacy data and behaviors into a unified model.
  • Translate executive and client commitments into a sequenced delivery plan with clear tradeoffs, dependencies, and cut lines.
  • Drive accuracy and efficiency in how benefits information is gathered from employers in partnership with content management and implementation teams.
  • Define and instrument success metrics for benefits experiences, including task completion, open enrollment error rates, and digital ID card usage.
  • Partner with client implementation, clinical operations, and support leadership to ensure timelines allow for training, UAT, and change management before launch.
  • Ship meaningful improvements on a fast, iterative cadence.
  • Represent the benefits product area in executive and cross-functional forums with clear narratives, options, and recommendations.
  • Lead complex cross-organizational delivery and mentor other product managers.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience, including significant time as a Senior or Lead PM owning complex, multi-team products or platforms.
  • Deep familiarity with healthcare benefits and data, including eligibility, plans and plan designs, accumulators/deductibles/OOP max, ID cards, coverage rules, and claims data.
  • Experience shipping both internal and external product experiences in a B2B2C or enterprise SaaS context.
  • Experience with reliability, correctness, and configuration flexibility in product delivery.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-org, cross-platform initiatives spanning multiple apps, services, or interfaces with hard external dates and operational consequences.
  • Strong product sense for turning dense benefit and platform constraints into simple, trustworthy member flows.
  • Exceptional communication and influence skills across engineers, designers, clinical leaders, client teams, and executives.
  • Naturally curious, with a desire to understand how things work and improve them.
  • Humble attitude and a knack for solving hard problems.
  • Experience in startup environments is a plus.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Open to remote work anywhere in the US, with possible location preference depending on the position.
