Description

  • Develop and articulate the engineering strategy and technical vision.
  • Manage a high-performing engineering team and guide the development of Turnkey’s product and infrastructure.
  • Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and trends in web3 and guide their integration into the product and infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with leadership to drive recruitment and onboarding of top engineering talent.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and technical decision-making.
  • Provide strategic technical guidance and leadership on architectural decisions.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of modern application architectures for web3 use cases.
  • Ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of the infrastructure for decentralized systems.
  • Define and deliver processes that improve quality and consistency across product and infrastructure development.

Requirements

  • Previous managerial experience.
  • Understanding of modern application architectures and the ability to lead in-depth discussions on how they should be developed and deployed.
  • Excellence at maintaining a high bar for software quality and engineering processes.
  • A healthy amount of paranoia.
  • Prior experience working in fast-paced crypto/web3 and/or FinTech companies (preferred).
  • Actively tracking developments in the crypto ecosystem and having an informed opinion on where it is going (preferred).
