Description

  • Own marketing measurement end-to-end, including event taxonomy, UTMs, conversion definitions, and tracking hygiene.
  • Manage and optimize analytics platforms including GA4, BigQuery, Looker Studio, Hyros, and Intercom.
  • Implement and maintain conversion tracking across Google Ads and Meta Ads, including pixels, CAPI, deduplication, diagnostics, and audience building.
  • Build and maintain the marketing analytics foundation by modeling datasets in a data warehouse and reconciling spend, conversions, and revenue across systems.
  • Establish a single source of truth for core marketing KPIs such as CAC, LTV, payback, ROI, and funnel conversion rates.
  • Analyze attribution models and channel performance across the full funnel to inform budget and channel allocation decisions.
  • Build and maintain dashboards in Tableau or Power BI for ongoing performance monitoring and executive reporting.
  • Proactively identify anomalies, tracking breaks, and performance shifts before stakeholders request updates.
  • Lead data quality, documentation, and governance, including automated integrity checks and compliance with privacy and platform policies.
  • Partner with stakeholders by translating data into clear narratives, actionable insights, and prioritized recommendations.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing analytics, growth analytics, or a similar end-to-end measurement role.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working directly in a data warehouse environment, ideally BigQuery.
  • Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and analytics platforms such as Hyros or similar tools.
  • Direct implementation experience with Google Ads conversion tracking and enhanced conversions.
  • Experience with Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API, including event deduplication.
  • Experience creating and managing audiences across Google and Meta advertising platforms.
  • Strong dashboarding experience in Tableau or Power BI, with the ability to build dashboards independently.
  • Experience stitching marketing data to revenue data, including payment gateway or processor data such as Stripe.
  • Strong measurement rigor, including attribution fundamentals, channel-level ROI, funnel analytics, cohort analysis, and trade-off communication.
  • Must have overlap with North American working hours and be available for recurring meetings as needed.
