Description

  • Build and deploy end-to-end product features from concept through release.
  • Improve user interfaces and experiences with clean, intuitive designs.
  • Write reliable tests and maintain product stability through code reviews and engineering best practices.
  • Develop AI prompts, workflows, and structured evaluation tests for accuracy and performance.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively troubleshoot issues.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams on priorities and product direction.
  • Share insights, propose improvements, and contribute to long-term product vision.
  • Work with client feedback and iterate quickly toward adoption and measurable results.

Requirements

  • Professional coding experience, typically 3–5 years, including 1–2 years with JavaScript.
  • Experience with Vue.js, TypeScript, Express.js, GCP, MySQL, and Drizzle ORM.
  • Experience or interest in AI and LLM tools such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Deepgram, and AssemblyAI.
  • Ability to implement solutions with minimal documentation and take projects through completion.
  • Experience with APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Deepgram, and Stripe (preferred).
  • Comfort with testing, debugging, performance monitoring, and code review practices.
  • Strong ownership, rapid-iteration, and big-picture mindset in a low-bureaucracy environment.
  • Junior developers with strong drive and growth potential are encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to work primarily US hours, Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4 PM Chicago time, with collaboration overlap.
  • Completion of the required Culture Index survey and application through Workable.
