Description

  • Build and execute the marketing strategy to achieve $3M ARR growth targets.
  • Own the full funnel, including awareness, demand generation, trial conversion, and expansion.
  • Direct and coordinate external and internal partners, including a design team and paid ads agency.
  • Manage marketing performance against revenue-focused metrics such as MRR growth, pipeline volume, trial starts, trial-to-paid conversion rate, and cost per acquisition.
  • Drive the marketing function end-to-end with accountability for revenue growth.
  • Work with leadership to align marketing efforts with company growth goals.
  • Contribute to the current marketing mix, including digital campaigns, direct mail outreach, and industry conference presence.

Requirements

  • Experience helping scale a B2B or B2G SaaS company through a similar growth stage, ideally from $1M to $3M ARR or beyond.
  • Experience growing a product-led or trial-driven SaaS business.
  • Experience marketing to non-traditional tech buyers or relationship-driven verticals.
  • Bonus experience in govtech, edtech, or similar verticals.
  • Ability to own marketing strategy and execution with revenue accountability.
  • Experience coordinating with design teams and paid advertising agencies.
  • Familiarity with measuring and optimizing growth metrics such as MRR, pipeline volume, trial starts, conversion rate, and CAC.
