Description

  • Analyze full-funnel marketing performance, from channel-level acquisition efficiency through downstream activation and adoption.
  • Identify which channels and customer segments generate the highest-quality customers based on revenue and long-term usage.
  • Build models that connect marketing investment to business outcomes.
  • Analyze customer activation, engagement, and product adoption to identify where customers succeed or drop off.
  • Surface behavioral signals that correlate with retention and turn findings into recommendations for lifecycle marketing and onboarding improvements.
  • Analyze pricing and packaging performance, including bundle effectiveness, promotional impact, and revenue trends across segments.
  • Support Product Marketing with pre-launch modeling and post-launch measurement.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on usage and adoption data.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical models that track marketing performance.
  • Translate complex analysis into concise summaries for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or business intelligence.
  • Demonstrated ability to connect acquisition data to downstream revenue outcomes, not just top-of-funnel metrics.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and cloud data platforms such as Snowflake.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Pendo, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar platforms.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present rigorous analysis to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with pricing analysis or go-to-market measurement is preferred.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams such as Product Marketing, Customer Success, or Revenue Operations is preferred.
  • Background in SaaS, hospitality technology, fintech, or subscription-based businesses is preferred.
