Description

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for R&D and technical roles, from intake through offer acceptance.
  • Manage concurrent priority requisitions, candidate movement, sourcing, interviews, scheduling, and ATS data quality against hiring SLAs.
  • Advise hiring managers on search strategy, leveling, compensation, and market conditions using funnel analytics and benchmarks.
  • Build advisory relationships with business-unit leaders and align stakeholders on hiring plans and decisions.
  • Translate approved headcount into recruiting plans, identify risks early, and propose solutions.
  • Implement competency-based hiring through Greenhouse scorecards, interviewer kickoffs, and structured debriefs.
  • Apply DEI sourcing and fair-assessment practices to broaden representation and improve hiring quality.
  • Analyze Greenhouse and Gem funnel metrics and lead process-improvement initiatives, including interviewer enablement and candidate-experience measurement.

Requirements

  • Full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth technology companies.
  • Track record of filling senior engineering individual-contributor and first-line manager roles.
  • Experience managing a full desk of concurrent requisitions while meeting SLAs and quality standards.
  • Experience advising hiring managers using funnel, market, and compensation data to influence decisions.
  • Hands-on experience with structured interviewing, ATS scorecards, reporting, and scheduling workflows.
  • Measurable results using DEI sourcing and fair-assessment practices.
  • Strong written communication and experience facilitating kickoffs, debriefs, and pipeline reviews.
  • Ability to conduct direct, thoughtful conversations about candidates, leveling, and process.
  • Experience working in remote-first, fast-changing environments and mentoring peers.
  • Competency-based hiring, AI-enabled process improvement, and Greenhouse experience are preferred.

  • Base salary of $140,000–$165,000 USD, based on experience level.
