Description

  • Own full-life-cycle recruiting for Fleet Operations, Commercial Strategy, and Corporate roles from sourcing through offer and close.
  • Source passive candidates for niche, frontline, operations, fleet, and logistics roles.
  • Support internship and co-op programs through sourcing, campus partnerships, and candidate coordination.
  • Partner with hiring managers to establish recruiting strategies and meet annual hiring goals.
  • Build talent pipelines and promote Torc’s employer brand through online and in-person networking.
  • Provide entry-level technology recruiting support as business needs change.
  • Coordinate interviews with recruiting coordinators.
  • Maintain applicant and interview data in the applicant tracking system.
  • Consult with hiring managers to ensure job postings accurately reflect role responsibilities.
  • Travel to hiring events, career fairs, trade schools, colleges, and community organizations.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of full-life-cycle recruiting experience, ideally hiring for operations, fleet, logistics, or frontline/hourly/shift roles.
  • Experience recruiting for corporate functions such as Finance, People, Legal, or Marketing preferred.
  • Experience supporting internship or co-op recruiting programs preferred.
  • Existing operations, fleet, or logistics talent network preferred.
  • Experience with direct sourcing strategies and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Ability to build productive partnerships with hiring managers and leaders.
  • Ability to manage diverse requisitions across multiple functions simultaneously.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems; Greenhouse preferred.
  • Ability to travel approximately 10–15%.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a passport for team offsites.
  • Strong communication skills and proactive stakeholder updates.
