Description

  • Design and maintain reliable Node and React (Next.js) code for a high-traffic data platform.
  • Own features from initial whiteboard discussions through production release.
  • Create proposals and architectural designs for new platform capabilities.
  • Review code, mentor teammates, and contribute to constructive feedback practices.
  • Experiment with AI-driven tooling to improve team productivity and platform performance.
  • Work on complex UI/UX and architectural challenges involving large-scale media workflows.
  • Take the lead on a specific initiative and drive it through completion.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of a robust platform backbone for AI data annotation.

Requirements

  • Expert-level TypeScript and JavaScript skills.
  • Strong experience with modern frontend and backend development using Node and React/Next.js.
  • Strong understanding of databases, especially PostgreSQL or Supabase.
  • Experience with clean code practices and testing.
  • Ability to evaluate implementation time, failure tolerance, security, and long-term maintenance when making technical decisions.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with a long and ambitious roadmap.
  • Experience with Tailwind CSS and maintaining design systems is a plus.
  • Experience with Python for ML or LLM-related integrations is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Vercel and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
  • Experience with data labeling, media processing, or PDF manipulation is a plus.
