Description

  • Own and lead an agile product team, including backlog grooming, prioritization, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Define, scope, and prioritize new product features and ongoing improvements.
  • Translate AI platform capabilities into customer-facing, talent-facing, and internal product experiences.
  • Write user stories and define acceptance criteria for product work.
  • Use data, analytics, user research, and ad hoc analysis to guide product direction and validate solutions.
  • Track progress, assess risks, and communicate delivery plans, contingencies, and mitigation steps.
  • Identify and solve complex product challenges aligned to short-term goals and long-term strategy.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and other Product Managers to plan, build, and launch initiatives.
  • Support quarterly planning, OKRs, roadmap refinement, and continuous process improvement.
  • Work with users and systems to determine functional specifications and evaluate opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical discipline.
  • At least 5 years of proven software product management experience.
  • Proven ability to lead products end-to-end from discovery through launch, iteration, and scale.
  • Experience managing mobile, desktop, and web application products is a plus.
  • Knowledge of AI product development processes and best practices.
  • Experience designing and launching AI-powered product features with measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience building intelligent workflows through systems and automation tools.
  • Experience with third-party system integrations is a plus.
  • Comfort with SQL or spreadsheets for data analysis and research.
  • Strong data-driven decision-making skills and ability to synthesize information from multiple tools and methods.
  • Ability to build wireframes and mockups with a simple, practical approach.
  • High attention to quality in user stories, design reviews, technical brainstorming, and feature testing.
  • Experience using agile methodologies with globally distributed teams.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly growing, global company.
