Description

  • Own the product roadmap, feature definition, and end-to-end UX.
  • Lead design reviews and recommend UX improvements and future features.
  • Map the complete product experience across dashboards, features, and modules.
  • Identify product gaps, friction, inconsistencies, and regressions through deep product analysis and data.
  • Use customer feedback and usage signals to prioritize high-impact improvements.
  • Define simple, integrated user experiences across product modules.
  • Translate product knowledge into onboarding, product marketing pages, and in-app education.
  • Produce comprehensive PRDs, tickets, prototypes, and designs with minimal review.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering while independently driving UX when needed.
  • Optimize onboarding to improve conversion and reduce drop-offs.

Requirements

  • Hands-on product management experience, preferably launching products from 0→1.
  • Strong UX/UI and interaction design judgment.
  • Demonstrated experience improving product onboarding, conversion, and drop-off rates.
  • Highly detail-oriented and meticulous, with strong judgment on priorities.
  • Able to quickly become an expert user of complex products.
  • Data-driven and customer-centric approach to prioritization.
  • Experience identifying friction, inconsistencies, and connections across product modules.
  • Strong ability to write comprehensive PRDs, tickets, prototypes, or designs.
  • Comfort working autonomously in a fast-moving, low-bureaucracy environment.
  • Immediate availability preferred; all candidates will be considered.
