Description

  • Own the product roadmap, feature definition, and end-to-end product experience.
  • Become a Central product expert and map how the dashboard, features, and modules connect.
  • Design and improve onboarding experiences to increase conversion and reduce drop-offs.
  • Lead design reviews and propose UX, interaction, and feature improvements.
  • Identify product gaps, inconsistencies, friction, and regressions through deep product analysis.
  • Use usage data and customer feedback to prioritize high-impact improvements.
  • Create comprehensive PRDs, tickets, prototypes, and designs with minimal review required.
  • Translate product knowledge into onboarding materials, product marketing pages, and in-app education.
  • Partner with design and engineering while independently driving UX direction when needed.

Requirements

  • Hands-on, meticulous product management experience with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience owning UX and product experiences end-to-end.
  • Proven experience optimizing product onboarding, improving conversion, and reducing drop-offs.
  • Strong judgment in simplifying complex products and reducing UI clutter.
  • Strong UX/UI and interaction design instincts.
  • Highly data-driven and customer-centric approach to prioritization.
  • Ability to independently explore products, identify gaps, and propose practical solutions.
  • Experience collaborating effectively with design and engineering teams.
  • Comfort with a fast-moving, high-autonomy startup environment.
  • Immediate availability preferred; all candidates will be considered.
