Description

  • Directly manage 6-8 Account Executives and own their productivity and pipeline performance.
  • Hire, build, and coach a team of Strategic Cuisines Territory Account Executives.
  • Coach reps to run discovery meetings, deliver live demos, and present solutions in Vietnamese.
  • Work with the Director and GVP to assess market opportunity and help shape go-to-market investment decisions.
  • Gather frontline feedback from the field and share insights to support strategic planning.
  • Identify ways to improve funnel efficiency across each market with an entrepreneurial approach.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure expectations set during sales are met during delivery.

Requirements

  • Must fluently speak Vietnamese and be able to coach reps and communicate with prospects in Vietnamese.
  • 5+ years of sales experience in a sourcing and/or closing role.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of success.
  • Strong ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, creative, and flexible, with the ability to perform well under pressure.
  • Must live local to the West Coast or be willing to relocate.
  • Field sales role that requires travel.
  • Management experience building customer-facing, quota-achieving full-cycle sales teams is preferred.
  • Experience working in a tech environment is preferred.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is preferred.
  • Proven ability to create a winning, high-performing culture is preferred.

  • Estimated total targeted cash compensation range of $211,000-$338,000 for Zone A, $183,000-$293,000 for Zone B, or $165,000-$264,000 for Zone C.
