Description

  • Design, scope, and implement solutions using a mix of technologies.
  • Improve platform performance, usability, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with Design and Product stakeholders to define and build the right solutions.
  • Identify high-impact opportunities with the team and turn them into delivered features.
  • Work across teams to ensure product systems integrate seamlessly for customers.
  • Contribute hands-on technical input that influences code, product direction, and business strategy.
  • Run experiments, iterate quickly, and refine solutions in an agile environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a professional software engineer.
  • Experience with backend technologies such as Java/Kotlin and NodeJS.
  • Experience with frontend frameworks such as React or Angular and CSS frameworks such as Tailwind or Bootstrap.
  • Experience building on AWS, with tools such as Docker and Git.
  • Comfortable translating high-fidelity Figma designs into working products.
  • Experience with API design and unit/integration testing.
  • Ability to write testable code and ship features in a collaborative, team-based environment.
  • Passion for making users happy and seeing products used in the real world.
  • Comfort with an agile mindset and rapid iteration.
  • Hybrid or remote work location options in the US, Boston, or New York.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $159,000-$254,000 USD for Zone A, $138,000-$221,000 USD for Zone B, or $125,000-$200,000 USD for Zone C.
  • Additional cash compensation may include overtime and bonus/commissions if eligible.
  • Equity is included as part of the total rewards package.

  • Flexible hybrid work model with US remote, Boston hybrid, or New York hybrid options.
