Description

  • Work on bleeding-edge multi-agent AI features, including improving shipped functionality and designing new capabilities.
  • Develop AI features across the full stack, including frontend, backend, infrastructure, and CI.
  • Build AI functionality on top of Pigment’s computation engine, leveraging its determinism, auditability, and data visualizations.
  • Contribute to AI products that are actively used in production and designed for long-term reliability.
  • Translate user needs into simple technical solutions for GenAI product challenges.
  • Collaborate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment to refine the product.
  • Apply machine learning and natural language processing approaches to cutting-edge NLP projects.

Requirements

  • MS or Ph.D. in Computer Science, or equivalent experience writing production-grade code.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, and/or C#, Java, Node.js, or equivalent.
  • Hands-on experience prompting large language models, through vibe coding tools or implemented GenAI features.
  • Knowledge of recent developments in agents is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Product-oriented mindset with the ability to turn user needs into simple technical solutions.
  • Bonus: experience working with Kubernetes.
  • Bonus: experience building agents using LangGraph.
  • Bonus: experience building and shipping complex products on top of LLMs.
  • Bonus: experience building evaluation pipelines.
