Description

  • Identify high-leverage marketing workflows and develop working AI solutions tailored to team processes.
  • Design, build, and deploy custom AI agents and agentic workflows for the GTM motion.
  • Integrate AI APIs, MCP servers, and automation platforms into marketing operations.
  • Build evaluation frameworks to measure agent quality, accuracy, and reliability.
  • Coach marketers through adoption stages from early wins to self-sufficient workflow ownership.
  • Scale reusable systems and patterns instead of creating one-off solutions.
  • Own build-versus-buy decisions from business case development through implementation.
  • Design, build, and oversee multi-agent workflows for future AI-driven operations.
  • Create documentation, playbooks, and reusable templates for team-wide use.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, product management, systems, or operations.
  • 2+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, AI Engineering, or Solutions Engineering.
  • Demonstrated experience designing, building, and deploying AI agents and agentic workflows.
  • Experience building evaluation frameworks for AI systems, including prompt evals, quality scoring, benchmarking, and testing against ground truth or human baselines.
  • Practical experience fine-tuning language models for production use cases.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Track record of enabling others to permanently change how they work.
  • Growth ownership mindset with the ability to execute end-to-end without constant guidance.
  • Hands-on experience with AI APIs and agent frameworks such as OpenAI, Anthropic/Claude, Gemini, LangChain, CrewAI, RAG, and MCP.
  • Demonstrated Clay experience.
  • Familiarity with martech stacks, including automation tools, CDPs, CRMs, and data warehouses.
  • Working knowledge of web services APIs and cloud services such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, preferred.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Python and JavaScript, preferred.

  • Competitive compensation with geographic pay ranges from $97,000 to $198,000 USD depending on location.
