Description

  • Oversee daily resourcing across multiple client portfolios with Delivery, Creative, and Strategy leads.
  • Lead global portfolio resourcing calls, facilitate capacity discussions, and resolve allocation conflicts.
  • Manage cross-regional allocations and promote equitable workload distribution.
  • Monitor utilization, availability, and forecasts to identify capacity trends, risks, and hiring needs.
  • Manage contractor onboarding, extensions, offboarding, compliance, usage, and spend reporting.
  • Maintain accurate Kantata and related systems data for utilization, forecasting, and capacity reporting.
  • Improve forecasting, time-tracking, resourcing processes, tools, and reporting dashboards.
  • Develop relationships with Delivery, Client Services, Creative, Strategy, Finance, and Operations stakeholders.
  • Coach colleagues on consistent, proactive resourcing practices and support a unified global resourcing culture.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in resourcing, workforce planning, or operations within marketing, digital, or professional services.
  • Knowledge of agency resourcing and strategic contractor engagement.
  • Understanding of project delivery cycles in creative or B2B marketing environments.
  • Advanced proficiency with Kantata/Mavenlink, Float, 10kft, Smartsheet, and Excel.
  • Strong commercial judgment balancing financial efficiency with operational effectiveness.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills across senior teams.
  • Ability to operate confidently in complex, matrixed, global environments.
  • Highly organized, proactive, calm under pressure, and solution-oriented.
  • Eligible to work in California, Colorado, Illinois, Washington, or Texas.
  • Availability to work EST hours to provide coverage for the UK team.
