Description

  • Design and execute enterprise-wide change management strategies across people, process, and technology.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders from end users to C-suite executives.
  • Partner with Sales and Account Management on transformation opportunities and renewal support.
  • Work with the Training team to design and deliver enablement programs, communication plans, and adoption strategies.
  • Develop readiness assessments, stakeholder maps, and tailored communication plans.
  • Identify sources of organizational resistance and design interventions to drive adoption and value realization.
  • Lead on-site workshops, training sessions, and executive briefings, with travel up to 50%.
  • Continuously improve change management playbooks based on client outcomes and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in change management, organizational transformation, or a related discipline.
  • Experience leading transformation initiatives within legal departments, law firms, or professional services organizations.
  • JD or background at a Big Four consulting firm is a plus.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Qualified to work in and reside in the United States.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Strong collaboration skills across Sales, Account Management, and Training/Enablement functions.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive presence.
  • Proven ability to lead transformation initiatives and think about change holistically.
