Description

Design, build, and maintain software applications, services, and internal tools.
Develop automation solutions and product features for pharmacy workflows.
Build and maintain integrations with third-party systems and APIs.
Troubleshoot production issues and improve system reliability and performance.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
Collaborate with teammates to plan, scope, and deliver projects.
Use modern development tools, including AI-assisted workflows, to improve productivity and software quality.
Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve engineering efficiency.
Contribute to architecture and technical design decisions as the platform grows.

Requirements

3+ years of software development experience.
Strong experience with Python.
Experience building web applications, APIs, or backend systems.
Experience with Git, GitHub, and modern software development workflows.
Familiarity with databases and data modeling.
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Clear written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, or modern frontend frameworks is a plus.
Experience building AI-powered applications, automations, or workflow systems is a plus.
Experience working with cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines is a plus.
Experience integrating with third-party platforms and APIs is a plus.
Familiarity with healthcare technology or regulated industries is a plus.
Experience working at a startup or high-growth company is a plus.
