Description

  • Own the product definition and delivery of Garage Hub's and Driveline's core distribution platform capabilities.
  • Design and evolve systems for order management, catalog ingestion, part normalization, and data quality.
  • Partner with Engineering to plan and deliver product releases that support customer and distributor workflows.
  • Work with Operations and Strategic Partnerships to translate shipping logic, catalog complexity, pricing rules, inventory data, and supplier variability into product requirements.
  • Partner with Operations to identify and resolve pain points and ensure solutions are practical in live environments.
  • Define and maintain a prioritized roadmap aligned to distributor and customer needs and business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce manual work through automation, tooling, and workflow redesign.
  • Communicate product priorities, tradeoffs, and delivery timelines to stakeholders.
  • Operate effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with evolving requirements.
  • Support UX/UI considerations where applicable.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a top academic institution.
  • 4-8+ years of product management experience in B2B, marketplace, e-commerce, or other operations- and data-intensive environments.
  • Strong business judgment with understanding of how product decisions affect operational execution, cost, and scalability.
  • Demonstrated ability to ship, iterate, and improve complex products in fast-moving organizations.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, and Analytics teams.
  • Ability to translate ambiguous, real-world business problems into clear, actionable product requirements.
  • Data-driven mindset with comfort using metrics, dashboards, and analysis.
  • Strong organizational and execution skills with a bias toward delivery over process.
  • Comfort operating in high-growth, entrepreneurial, and ambiguous environments; startup or early-stage experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with common product management and analytics tools strongly preferred.
