Description

  • Draft written communications for the account lead, including emails, formal responses, and internal updates.
  • Build and maintain weekly account presentations with clear, executive-ready narratives.
  • Monitor account performance metrics and surface anomalies or risks proactively.
  • Track open action items and commitments and drive them to closure.
  • Prepare briefing materials before meetings and calls.
  • Coordinate rapid internal responses to partner requests and manage timelines and follow-through.
  • Pull and analyze data from internal systems such as BigQuery and dashboards to answer business questions.
  • Maintain a detailed log of partner commitments, decisions, and status updates.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, which will be assessed.
  • A completed university degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or a similarly rigorous field.
  • Availability to work full U.S. business hours in PST.
  • 2–4 years of full-time private sector experience in a role requiring both analytical output and professional written communication.
  • No disciplinary actions related to attendance, conduct, or performance in the past 90 days.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Excel.
  • BigQuery or Python experience is a plus.
  • Background in consulting, investment banking, FP&A, or strategy/operations at an e-commerce or retail company is preferred.
  • Experience supporting a senior executive or serving as an analytical/operational right hand is preferred.
  • High-speed, reliable internet connection for U.S.-hours collaboration.
  • Resume must be submitted in English.
