Description

  • Own the post-sales strategic relationship, customer retention, and value realization for a portfolio of enterprise accounts.
  • Drive net retention, customer health, and long-term strategic alignment across complex accounts.
  • Partner with Account Executives and Strategic Account Managers to identify expansion opportunities and co-develop account plans.
  • Work closely with Forward-Deployed Engineers and technical leads to align delivery with customer business outcomes.
  • Build scalable Customer Success playbooks and raise executive engagement standards across the team.
  • Develop multi-threaded relationships with C-suite and technical stakeholders, including CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, and VP-level leaders.
  • Lead executive business reviews and QBRs that connect product usage to business impact and ROI.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical counterparts to remove friction and accelerate time-to-value.
  • Take full ownership of account outcomes and operate independently in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Customer Success, Account Management, or Technical Account Management.
  • Experience managing high-ARR, complex enterprise platforms.
  • Proven ability to partner with Sales on upsells, expansions, and renewals in multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Deep experience working with Forward-Deployed Engineers, Solutions Architects, or product delivery teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a growth mindset.
  • Self-motivated, highly autonomous, and comfortable working with minimal guidance.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills with executive presence.
  • Experience advising C-level executives on technology strategy and operational efficiency.
  • Domain knowledge in high-tech environments such as cloud native, hardware/software OEMs, or AI/ML platforms (preferred).
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship available.
  • Remote role; must be based in PST or MST.
