Description

  • Manage production of long-form content assets such as guides and industry reports.
  • Produce content for paid campaigns with media and publication partners.
  • Evolve the organic social strategy, primarily on LinkedIn, by testing new formats and launching social-native campaigns.
  • Create and produce short-form video content for social using original and repurposed assets.
  • Help build and scale a creator-led content strategy with internal experts, community members, and external partners.
  • Identify high-value moments from webinars, events, and existing content and repurpose them into blogs, videos, and social campaigns.
  • Manage freelancers and external contributors to maintain quality at scale.
  • Design efficient content workflows to scale output without sacrificing quality.
  • Provide editorial support for internal and external content to ensure consistency with Tines’ voice and narratives.
  • Interview customers and subject matter experts to source stories, insights, and case study material.
  • Translate technical topics into clear, engaging stories.
  • Partner with Brand and Demand Generation teams on visual assets, content consistency, and performance iteration.
  • Prioritize across always-on programs, standalone campaigns, and product launches.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in content marketing, editorial, journalism, social media, or a related role.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology is preferred.
  • Proven experience owning content programs and social media strategy end to end.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with a portfolio showing strong hooks, clear narratives, and brand voice.
  • Strong understanding of what works on LinkedIn and a desire to move quickly as algorithms evolve.
  • Demonstrated experience repurposing content across channels and formats.
  • Experience managing freelancers, agencies, or external contributors.
  • Experience using AI tools to scale content production while keeping human perspective central.
  • Comfortable editing short-form video for social media.
  • Familiarity with AEO and SEO best practices.
  • Data-driven, adaptable, and able to use performance insights to iterate quickly.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity, IT, or technical audiences is a plus, but not required.
  • US East Coast timezone strongly preferred.
