Description

  • Lead process discovery and redesign workshops to analyze current state, identify root causes, and define future-state processes optimized for AI enablement.
  • Design, validate, and iterate executable BPMN 2.0 and DMN models for implementation and system integration.
  • Incorporate deterministic and probabilistic decision automation and integrate AI agents into redesigned processes.
  • Capture current workflows and build, prioritize, and manage a backlog of process improvement opportunities.
  • Guide initiatives from concept to execution while collaborating with and influencing business and technical stakeholders.
  • Provide regular agile reporting on progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Partner with business and technical teams to ensure redesigned processes integrate with enterprise systems, data flows, and compliance requirements.
  • Support process ownership, governance, security, and PII controls across departments.
  • Catalog processes as enterprise assets and help build a process landscape that informs automation and AI roadmaps.
  • Use process mining and analytics tools to measure adoption, performance, and business value realization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in process engineering, BPM, or process optimization.
  • Deep expertise in BPMN 2.0 and DMN modeling and process redesign.
  • Hands-on experience designing and deploying BPMN/DMN in Camunda 8 (Zeebee) as the source of truth for delivery.
  • Strong skills in stakeholder facilitation, backlog management, and progress reporting.
  • Experience supporting multiple concurrent projects with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Working knowledge of data modeling principles, including dimensions/facts, star schemas, and slowly changing dimensions.
  • Ability to collaborate with data engineers and analysts to specify datasets, define metrics, validate results, and align with semantic data models.
  • Proven track record of successful automation and agentic AI deliverables.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge business and technology and navigate negotiations when priorities differ.
  • Preferred exposure to process mining tools and methodologies.
  • Experience with automation and AI tools such as RPA, IDP, OCR, NLP, or ML integration.
  • Familiarity with API-driven and event-driven workflow design.
  • Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
  • Data literacy and SQL proficiency, including the ability to translate process KPIs into queries and reusable views.
  • Exposure to a programming language such as Java, Python, or JavaScript is a plus.
