Description

  • Manage coordination activities for the US and LATAM recruitment team.
  • Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and vendors on open analytics positions.
  • Track candidate progress through the recruiting pipeline and maintain pipeline visibility.
  • Source and screen candidate profiles and maintain the candidate pipeline.
  • Support the lead recruiter with ad hoc recruiting tasks.
  • Maintain the ATS system, collect feedback, and help calibrate recruiting processes.
  • Help engage and attract talent from senior consultant through leadership-level roles.
  • Coordinate interview planning, offers, and negotiations with input from hiring managers.
  • Build partnerships with external recruiting firms or contractors for urgent hiring needs.
  • Perform administrative duties to support the recruitment team.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, with recruitment experience preferred.
  • Experience hiring for data science, analytics, data engineering, or business analyst roles preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, and similar tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work with limited supervision.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing company.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to evolving requirements.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to high-quality work.
  • Enthusiastic, personable, positive, and high integrity.
